Stakeholder engagement = project success
Many people are interested in the projects we work on. This includes members of the public, other organisations and community groups.
For an enduring project outcome it is often desirable to incorporate the detailed information that people external to the project can provide. It is also important to let people become involved in a project if they are to have ownership of the outcomes.
Often stakeholder engagement occurs over the life of a project.
What we do
The stakeholder engagement activities that Hydrologia is involved with relate to the delivery of our services. These activities can vary greatly, but common activities include:
- Incorporating community and stakeholder feed back into project activities;
- Presentation of project methodology and results at community forums;
- Participating in surveys, workshops and other engagement activities.
