Many legal and procedural matters require specialist technical advice. One of those areas relates to hydrology. These issues may arise in relation to damage caused by flooding or as a result of changes to development approval procedures. Or advice may be required in meeting procedural requirements.
What we do
We provide specialist advice in legal and procedural matters relating to hydrology. This includes:
- Review of technical studies and providing interpretation and advice;
- Undertaking studies to help address outstanding issues; and
- Attending meetings, mediation and court appearances.
